What I liked:
Những bạn mới ra trường, chưa biết nhiều về quy trình của software development thì nên apply DXC làm việc, vì hầu hết các project của DXC rất chuẩn chỉnh về quy trình. Những cty khác có thể lược bỏ rất nhiều gây ra những khó khăn ko mong muốn (để tiết kiệm chi phí, thời gian, linh hoạt).
Hầu như ko có OT nhưng OT thì sẽ request để nhận OT tương xứng với thời gian làm việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương tăng khá chậm vì khó lên title (hầu như phải làm đủ số năm mới dc lên). Cty mới đổi lại cơ chế level title có thể sẽ nhanh hơn (một điểm cộng cho improvement hiện tại của cty)
