Agile, agile và agile

What I liked:
- Agile từ việc quản lí, thời gian làm việc đến tăng lương thưởng. Hiệu quả công việc là thứ quan trọng duy nhất
- Môi trường trẻ trung, năng động, anh em trong team cực kì hòa đồng
- Được tạo điều kiện phát triển ở nhiều role khác nhau nếu có nguyện vọng
Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, anh em được chủ động sắp xếp nên hầu như không cần OT
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty làm việc thoải mái quá em không quen :))))
Công ty rất tuyệt vời các bạn ạ. Nếu được quay lại mình ước biết đến DSS sớm

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
