Established in 1997, Daiwa International Lance (DLI) set up a production base in Ho Chi Minh City as a joint venture of Daiwa Steel Tube Industries (DSTI), one of the largest manufacturers of galvanized steel tubes in Japan. 
The company was certified to meet not only ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards for good quality and environment management systems but also Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) issued by Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA). Therefore, DLI products have been guaranteed to have high quality and exported products to more than 50 countries in overseas markets.
