Công ty cỡ vừa, môi trường ổn, thích hợp cho các bạn thích an phận

What I liked:
Overall: lương ổn, văn phòng bình thường, đồng nghiệp đa số ổn.
Nhiều nhân sự có thâm niên làm việc lâu 5-10 năm
Định kỳ mỗi quý có hoạt động gắn kết
Công ty cho phép nhân sự linh hoạt chuyển đổi role nếu có mong muốn và khả năng.
Quy trình làm việc khá ok, do công ty đã hoạt động trên 10 năm
Mặc dù công ty Sing nhưng sản phẩm gần như 100% made in Việt Nam. 1 trong số ít phần mềm VN bán được cho các công ty vừa/lớn ở trong và ngoài nước.
Tùy vị trí mà môi trường và chất lượng công việc khác nhau:
- Dev: khá nhàn, hầu nhưu ko có OT, các team lead đều nice và có thâm niên 5-10 năm, hoạch định công việc tốt. Phù hợp cho các bạn mới ra trường hoặc dev có thâm niên muốn an phận, không phù hợp cho các bạn muốn phát triển nhanh.
- Triển khai - consultant: team áp lực nhất và mình thấy cũng cực nhất vì làm việc trực tiếp với khách, 1 nhân sự chạy nhiều dự án, OT liên tục, lúc nào cũng có drama, đấu đá giữa các team lead aka PM => Nhân sự ra vào liên tục.
Trung bình 1 người làm được khoảng 6-12 tháng là tự nghỉ =))) Nếu xui vào trúng project của các PM thích bully người mới thì coi như xác định, tỷ lệ 50/50. Ưu điểm team này là nếu may mắn sẽ được đi onsite trong và ngoài nước dù mới làm chỉ được vài tháng.
- BA: lượng công việc nhiều, hay phải làm quá giờ nhưng ít khi được duyệt OT. BA ít kinh nghiệm vào đây bị dí task chạy thở không kịp. Có kinh nghiệm rồi thì vào làm khá ok.
- Tester: team chill nhất, nhân sự chắc được 5 người. Chỉ việc test theo doc BA, lười thì khỏi làm test case dí cons làm.
- CS: team này bình thường, ổn định ngang với dev. Công việc khá chill và cũng ít khi phải OT.
Tùy team mà chính sách trả OT khác nhau. Team dev thì trả bằng tiền, team triển khai, CS thì trả bằng giờ nghỉ bù
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty ko có tủ lạnh và microwave vì CEO không thích.
- Không đóng bảo hiểm full
- Thiết bị làm việc hơi cũ, từ ghế, lap, pc và màn hình
- Không gian làm việc trông hơi thiếu sức sống
- Phúc lợi không có gì đặc biệt
