What I liked:
Mọi người thân thiện, leader bộ phận QC rất nhiệt tình nhưng công ty có nhiều PM làm việc cảm tính, ko có kỹ năng chuyên môn cao (đc upgrade lên PM do thâm niên)
Lương OT rõ ràng, đầy đủ nhưng rất ít khi OT do lượng task giao đầy đủ, thoải mái thời gian
Suggestions for improvement:
- Thêm phúc lợi cho nhân viên.
- Thiết bị làm việc cũ: từ PC làm việc đến ghế ngồi.
- Ko đóng bảo hiểm full.
- Lương khởi đầu thấp.
Công ty cỡ vừa, môi trường ổn, thích hợp cho các bạn thích an phận
