What I liked:
- Thời gian làm việc flexible, không checkin checkout, WFH 2 ngày/tuần
- Văn phòng làm việc đẹp, được cấp thiết bị đầy đủ
- Flat environment, sếp nice, nhân viên thoải mái đề xuất ý kiến
- Đóng bảo hiểm full lương, gói bảo hiểm premium
- Có cơ hội để travel qua Đức
Rất ít OT, nếu có trả lương OT rõ ràng theo luật
Suggestions for improvement:
- Văn phòng xa trung tâm
- Không có trợ cấp giữ xe, với mình thì ok không vấn đề gì :)))
- Bãi giữ xe ngoài trời
