- Ít pressure.
- Hoạt động giải trí nhiều và vui vẻ
- Work-life balance
- Over Time đều sẽ được paid.

Hầu như không có gì nhiều đề cải thiện ở VN office, chủ yếu cần improve cross-office communication.
