What I liked:
1 năm tăng lương 4, 5 lần.
Lương cao hơn hẳn mặt bằng chung của ngành lập trình. Chỉ muốn gắn bó cả đời, rất ít khi nghỉ việc.
Công việc vừa sức, không làm được thì xin sẽ được đổi việc khác.
OT thoải mái, sếp không khó chịu khi mình OT, thậm chí còn năn nỉ nhân viên OT
Suggestions for improvement:
PM người Nhật lười nhác quá khiến đôi lúc nhân viên bức xúc, nhưng vì lương cao nên mọi người cũng kệ.
Có cảm giác đây là công ty rửa tiền của Nhật nên làm việc cũng hơi lo, nhưng vì lương cao nên mọi người cũng kệ.
Trình độ chuyên môn trong công ty không cao lắm, những ai ham học hỏi có thể sẽ thấy nhàm chán vì không có ai chỉ dẫn, nhưng vì lương cao nên mọi người cũng kệ.
Môi trường làm việc rất tốt, các sếp quá tuyệt vời

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
