Software Engineer (ALL SKILL SET) and Project Manager

Job description

Your role & responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, you will create impact by:

• Developing and implementing software applications based on specifications
• Writing functional, clean, scalable code, and code refactoring good practice
• Creating and testing of software prototypes
• Analyzing and troubleshooting any issues by developing scripts and database queries
• Collaborating with the deployment team on continuous integration
• Supporting the operations team for potential post-implementation issues

As a Project manager, your key responsibilities:

• Daily sync-up with the internal team and client.
• Work closely with the client as the product team for features, and clarify requirements and timeline.
• Work with the development team to clarify and define tasks from sides, estimate, and help the team to raise feedback back to the client for solutions.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives.

Your skills and experience

Experience: Native, ReactJs, Fullsatck (NodeJs, ReactJs), .Net, Java, NodeJS/ReactJs, BA, BI, Tester, DE, PM

General Expectations of a Software Engineer: 

• Good knowledge of problem-solving, algorithms, and data structures
• Knowledge of data and network, relevant securities, and best practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD and automated software testing methodologies
• Good knowledge of AWS / Azure cloud services (having certifications will be an advantage)
• Able to contribute effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and agile environment
• Good English communication is an advantage
• Good knowledge of the following frameworks: Java, NodeJS, ReactJs/Native, .Net
• At least 1 year of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on NodeJS/ Java (Spring)

Expectations for Project Manager:

• Knowledge of the Scrum, Agile framework and its application (PSM I certification is plus).
• Scrum Master practice.
• Project management: timeline, tracking, communication, and forecast.
• Capable of working in a team and under pressure.
• Good communication in English.
• Understand testing methodologies
• At least 3 years of experience in PM.
