Your skills and experience

Responsibilities:

• Apply strong technical knowledge and expertise, particularly in microservices architecture, to analyze, discuss, and harmonize solutions with stakeholders.
• Deliver efficient and detailed user stories conforming to BDD standards, along with essential workflow diagrams, to accurately illustrate processes as agreed upon by all relevant parties.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Scrum/Agile development methodologies to ensure proper and effective adherence to Scrum practices within the project framework.
• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to identify and categorize incidents promptly. Work closely with technical teams to investigate the incident's impact, root cause and determine the solution.
• Conduct sprint demo and facilitate the collection of feedback from stakeholders during the demo
• Document the client’s business requirements in detail, (reports, data requirement, technical requirement..) with all assumptions and caveats included

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience as business analyst
• Possess discrete IT knowledge and IT background, especially micro-service systems
• Ability to document business requirements in an accurate, unambiguous, and succinct fashion
• Have a thorough understanding of UML notation, including its various diagrams such as use case diagrams, class diagrams, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, and state machine diagrams.
• Good presentation and client relations, as well as oral and written communication skills
• Good command of English communication skills
• Willing to learn new things and take ownership
