Job description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our
team. As a Senior QC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality
software by collaborating with various stakeholders, guiding junior team members, enhancing
processes, and contributing to a positive team culture.

• Receive task allocation, guidance, and support from supervisors to ensure clear project understanding.
• Work closely with Product Owners (PO) and Developers to comprehend tasks, providing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with current developers for end-to-end integration of implemented features.
• Ensure timely task completion with a focus on maintaining comprehensive documentation and test reports.
• Guide and elevate Junior QC Engineers, fostering their skills and contributing to their professional growth.
• Build a high-performing team with measurable indicators, fostering continuous growth.
• Design comprehensive test strategies, covering diverse scenarios and edge cases for thorough product evaluation.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance QA/QC efficiency.
• Smoothly communicate with colleagues to accomplish tasks seamlessly.
• Proactively research and follow up on tasks to ensure successful feature delivery to the production environment.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions once a month on selected topics.
• Proactively acquire knowledge and skills for career advancement.
• Provide ideas to improve productivity and assist the team in accomplishing tasks or enhancing the system.
• Aid in importing and collecting test cases into a test management platform for future automation process development (e.g., TestRail).

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 4-5 years QA/QC experience.
• Minimum 2 years in ecommerce and ERP.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Automation testing knowledge.
• Technical writing for clear communication.
• Skilled in creating test plans, cases, and checklists.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Effective QA/QC process management.
• Experience in change management processes.
• Analytical with effective problem-solving.
• Proven decision-making ability.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Strong influence and persuasion.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
