Job description

As the Technical Leader, you'll lead agile teams in efficiently delivering change by analyzing, defining, and documenting requirements. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on best practices, drive technical direction, and build highly scalable APIs. Your skills and experience

  • Demonstrate knowledge of professional software engineering practices spanning the full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operation, and monitoring.
  • Hold a minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development; however, exceptional candidates with fewer years of experience will also be considered.
  • Ideally, have 3+ years of experience in Java; proficiency in other general-purpose programming languages is also welcomed.
  • Exhibit an understanding of system design and optimization for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Demonstrate practical experience with microservices architecture.
  • Possess experience with event-driven architecture or message queue systems.
  • Have professional experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Maintain a working proficiency in English for effective communication.
