Job description

User-Centric Approach: 

• Listen, interview, and track users' needs, behaviors, and activities to understand their problems and provide quick-win solutions. 
• Define relevant metrics to map with the customer journey and continuously improve based on data insights. 

Product Vision and Strategy: 

• Define and articulate the long-term vision, roadmaps, and strategic goals of the product. 
• Ensure development efforts align with the product vision, budget, and business objectives. 

Stakeholder Management: 

• Engage with stakeholders including customers, end-users, business leaders, and development teams to gather feedback and understand requirements. 
• Prioritize features and user stories based on stakeholder input and market analysis. Ensure effective communication regarding product development progress. 

Project & Backlogs Management: 

• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical tasks in the product backlog. 
• Ensure the backlog reflects customer needs, market trends, and business priorities. 
• Write detailed user stories to guide development and quality control teams. 
• Manage development sprints, report progress to project manager, and share updates with stakeholders.

Communication and Collaboration: 

• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.

• Ensure shared understanding of product requirements, goals, and priorities among all stakeholders. 

Decision Making: 

• Make informed decisions about product features, enhancements, and trade-offs based on data driven insights. 
• Consider market trends, user feedback, technical feasibility, and business priorities. 

Quality Assurance: 

• Define acceptance criteria and quality standards for software deliverables. 
• Conduct reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality software delivery. 

Continuous Improvement: 

• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data and gathering insights from user feedback. 
• Iterate on the product to enhance functionality, usability, and performance over time. 

Product Delivery: 

• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software releases that meet user requirements. 
• Achieve project milestones and sprint goals according to defined timelines and scope.

Customer Satisfaction: 

• Foster positive feedback from customers regarding usability, functionality, and performance. 
• Increase user adoption and engagement over time. 

Business Value:

• Realize business objectives and key performance indicators through successful delivery of software features. 
• Drive incremental growth in revenue, market share, and other relevant metrics. 
• Iteratively improve the software product based on user feedback and business insights. 

Agile Practices: 

• Adopt Agile practices and principles for continuous delivery, adaptation, and learning. 
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product development. 
• Proactively manage dependencies and impediments. 

Sustainable Product Development: 

• Create a sustainable product roadmap and backlog supporting long-term growth. 
• Consider scalability, maintainability, and extensibility in design decisions

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. 
• 3-5 years experience in same the position Product Owner 
• User Research Stakeholder management 
• Experienced with User flow/user journey, can describe correctly via example. 
• Decision-making and problem-solving Self-motivating. Influence and persuasion 
• Experienced with UX design, have strong knowledge to guide and discuss with Product Design. 
• Innovation and creativity Cross-functional cooperation Self-organization 
• Experienced with Customer interviewing session, know how to conduct the interview questions 
• Continuous improvement mindset 
• Conflict resolution and negotiation Integrity & honesty 
• Ability to setup the successful metrics, able to visualize the metrics to do the analysis Extrovert (Proactive)

• Experienced with Agile Methodologies, know how to lead a team include QC, Software Engineers, Product Design.
