About the job

Create user-friendly, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces that meet the needs of our diverse user base, while maintaining the highest standards of usability and design excellence, and deliver a delightful and efficient user experience.

Responsibility

• Integrating business, technology, user, and content requirements to formulate design concepts, guiding the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to bring your designs to life.
• Design concepts and high fidelity prototypes while ensuring a seamless and delightful user experience.
• Conducting user research and usability testing to understand user problems, validate design decisions and iterate on user feedback.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, tools and techniques to ensure our product remains competitive and innovative.

Your skills and experience

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+years of relevant work in product design as a fully proficient individual contributor in a product environment.
• Proven experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• A passion for taking ownership and driving projects forward.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, or equivalent professional experience
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English).
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma,…
• Ability to work in a collaborative and agile environment.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems, breaking them down into smaller, well-defined initiatives.
• Experience working in a tech startup environment.
• An understanding of basic front-end, especially HTML, CSS, Javascript.
• A good understandingof the Southeast Asian market.
