Currently we’re expanding our business and seeking a Junior Backend Developer to join our team. Kindly cherish and value your individuality and ideas, your colors will glow and shine through our globalized mindset and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend of in-house systems to help scale the company.
• Collaborate closely with design, product management, and technical counterparts.
• Create unit tests and maintain codebase.
• Debug complex problems, performance bottlenecks, scale issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and issues across the stack, e.g. a stuck job in a message queue, a bug in our recipient suggestions service.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• More than 2 years of Back-End Development and Web Development skills.
• At least 1 year in Java + Spring Framework development.
• Experience with HTTP/RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming.
• A passion for clean and quality code over fast and functional.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
• Ability to collaborate effectively using the English language with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
