Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be responsible for:
- Build a CS (Customer Care) chatbot on ChatGPT's LLM model, using OnPoint's knowledge set (Products, KM programs, prices, instructions for use). Pricing and Promotions knowledge set will change monthly.
- Research and propose appropriate solutions (RAG, finetuning, Prompting optimization...) to minimize costs per conversation after integration.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Your skills and experience
In order to succeed in the role, you should ideally have:
- Experience integrating and implementing LLM-based projects, specifically ChatGPT
- Have knowledge about handling chatbots with large amounts of messages, requiring good performance
- Have good analysis and problem solving ability
