Job description: Data Support Specialist (Fluent in English, Female Candidates Preferred)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Data Support Specialist who is fluent in English and preferably female to join our rapidly growing team. As a Data Support Specialist, you will play a key role in providing technical support and excellent customer service to our Australian customers.

Duties:

• Provide technical support and exceptional customer service to our Australian customers via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot software issues and work closely with customers to identify and resolve them effectively.
• Document and track customer issues and resolutions accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct training sessions for customers to ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of our software products.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and address recurring issues, actively contributing to ongoing improvement efforts.
• Participate in customer service initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.

Your skills and experience

• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Proven experience in a customer support role or a related field, demonstrating strong customer service skills.
• Experience working with software products, preferably in a technical support capacity.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Good understanding of the Australian market and culture is a plus.
