What I liked:
Công việc ổn , môi trường cũng ổn. Phúc lợi thì ở tầm khá nếu so với thị trường. Đồng nghiệp giỏi và đáng học hỏi.
Công ty không có quy định cụ thể về OT cho trừ những team đặc biệt như SRE nhưng mình cảm thấy không quá quan trọng.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhà vệ sinh ở văn phòng quá nhỏ, bãi đậu xe cũng nhỏ trời mưa thì rất bất tiện nên mình gần như không muốn đi xe máy đến VP. Nên tìm 1 bãi đậu xe hợp lý hơn hoặc tăng budget Grab for work để đỡ phải đi xe máy đến VP. Các dịp lễ/tết/sinh nhật nên chuẩn bị 1 món quà nhỏ để khích lệ nhân viên. Mình thấy nhân viên TS có rất nhiều người là du học sinh, vậy tại sao mình không có 1 lớp tiếng Anh nội bộ để cải thiện trình độ ngoại ngữ? team building nên tổ chức theo kiểu có kế hoạch cụ thể rõ ràng. Budget team bulding hàng quý nên được sử dụng cho mục đích cross-team building thì tốt hơn, đề ra quy định mỗi quý thì team A sẽ đi team building với team B rồi switch liên tục qua lại chẳng hạn, vì hiện tại cty tách nhau thành 3 tầng và việc giao lưu lẫn nhau là rất khó làm nhiều khi gặp đồng nghiệp mình cũng chẳng biết là ai.
