Anh em trong team tốt
Các chị HR chu đáo, chịu khó giao tiếp với nhân viên mới để mình không thấy bị left out. 10 điểm cho các chị HR.
Snack được restock liên tục để nuôi các miệng đói buổi chiều.
Sếp tui ổng tốt lắm, nên cả team cũng nice. Ma mới nhưng cũng thoải mái, được guide kỹ nên rất yên tâm về career development. 10 đỉm cho sếp luôn nhé
Không OT. Giờ giấc và lượng task khá hợp lí, thoải mái nên hài lòng nhé!
Suggestions for improvement:
Chắc tùy vị trí mà vị trí của tui lương chưa được như tui expect lắm
Văn phòng đầy đủ thôi chứ có mấy cái technical issues như máy lạnh, wifi thì xuất hiện hơi thường xuyên, nhiều lúc đang ngồi debug mà nóng từ trong ra ngoài
Work-life balance, không bị over trong công việc tại Travala
