What I liked:
- Chế độ lương thưởng tốt, nhiều đãi ngộ cho nhân viên chính thức.
- Được WFH 2 - 3 ngày/tuần tùy theo team.
- Công ty văn hóa start-up, flexible, nhiều thay đổi nhanh.
- Văn hóa công ty nhìn chung tốt, ít có vấn đề chính trị công sở quá nặng nề.
Công ty ko có chế độ OT, tuy nhiên tùy vào sếp/team nếu manage tốt có thể ko cần OT nhiều.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nhân viên thời vụ chế độ đãi ngộ rất kém so với nhân viên chính thức.
- Cấp quản lý trong vài năm trở lại đây ko còn giữ được mức chất lượng như ban đầu, nhiều team quản lý khá kém, micromanage nhiều.
- Khó có cơ hội thăng tiến tùy vào level.
- Không có qui trình training chuẩn chỉnh trong team.
