What I liked:
Văn phòng rộng rãi, đồng nghiệp thân thiện, Sếp thoải mái luôn tạo điều kiện phát triển cho mọi người
bạn không bao giờ bị ép phải OT, rất hiếm phải OT vì team estimate rõ ràng, không quá ép buộc nhân viên, sếp rất thoải mái
Suggestions for improvement:
Chế độ benefit còn chưa rõ ràng, chưa có tài liệu cụ thể được triển khai cho nv, hiện tại chỉ phụ thuộc vào sự quản lý của Leader và ban lãnh đạo
Được cung cấp thiết bị đầy đủ, Sếp thoải mái

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
