ITviec introduces its 2024 Annual Survey with two key segments:
- IT Salary Survey: For full-time IT professionals, IT freelancers, and IT university students
- IT Recruitment Survey: For IT recruiters, HR management professionals and company management (CXO)
Unlike previous years, this year’s survey aims to provide a comprehensive picture of Vietnam’s IT labor market, including supply-demand, job expectations, employment trends, and more strategic insights for both employees and employers.
This year’s survey concentrated on collecting viewpoints from both sides of the IT market. IT professionals and students discuss their ideal jobs, challenges, the programming languages they use, while also providing insights on productivity, engagement, economy status and other macro factors influence their work. Simultaneously, IT recruiters, HR management professionals and company management (CXO) will share insights regarding the current recruitment landscape, strategies being employed, emerging skill requirements, and anticipated trends in recruitment moving forward.
In addition to providing a more diverse and insightful set of questions, ITviec seeks to enhance the survey experience for participants by collaborating with two reputable entities in the health and technology sectors:
- DYM Medical Center Vietnam – Prestigious medical facility invested 100% with capital from Japan
- And CellphoneS – 1 of the top 5 technology retail systems in Vietnam
As a result, after completing the survey, participants will have the opportunity to win meaningful and practical gifts for themselves, such as mobile phone top-ups, 50% discount vouchers for health check-ups at DYM Medical Center, 10% discount vouchers for online-offline shopping at more than 100 CellphoneS technology stores, and other interesting prizes.
The survey runs from September 10, 2024, to October 10, 2024, and is open to IT professionals, students, recruiters, HR managers and company management (CXO) across Vietnam.
ITviec’s goal is to broaden the scope of the survey, ensuring diverse perspectives on the IT job market, career paths, and recruitment strategies in Vietnam.
In a message from ITviec CEO – Naoto Iijima, he emphasizes: “We aim to provide the IT community with a clearer understanding of the labor market, as well as give employers substantial data to improve recruitment strategies and talent development. The IT salary and recruitment survey is a great opportunity for ITviec to listen to the voices of both IT professionals and employers. Through this survey, we hope to offer transparent, reliable salary and IT market reports, while supporting both sides in making informed decisions about careers and human resource strategies. We warmly invite IT professionals, IT students, recruiters, HR managers and company management (CXO) to participate in this survey. Your participation is invaluable, and we greatly appreciate your feedback!”
