What I liked:
- Môi trường lành mạnh, đồng nghiệp thân thiện
- Được học hỏi và follow quy trình làm việc chuyên nghiệp của 1 công ty lớn (với team mình là vậy)
- Thưởng tốt. Lương cho nv kinh nghiệm có thể không cao bằng thị trường nhưng chế độ thưởng rất tốt, bạn đc đánh giá cao thì có thể đc nhận tới 18-20 tháng lương 1 năm (cố định là 15 tháng lương)
- Nhiều hoạt động, event vui chơi
- Có canteen, đồ ăn ổn
- Có các chương trình đào tạo nội bộ cả kỹ năng cứng và kỹ năng mềm cho nhân viên
- Có phòng tư vấn tâm lý (dù mình chưa vào bao giờ :v)
OT linh hoạt, dễ dàng xin approve từ leader. Ở đây mình thấy nhiều ace ngày nào cũng OT 1-2 tiếng là bình thường.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Tăng lương chậm (trung bình 2 năm mới lên 1 bậc lương)
- Văn phòng đôi khi hơi gò bó do các quy định nghiêm ngặt (vd bắt buộc đi giày fulltime)
- Giờ làm nhiều hơn bình thường (gần 9h/ngày)
Công việc nhẹ nhàng, chế độ ổn định, môi trường phù hợp để ổn định lâu dài.
