What I liked:
Sau gần 1 năm làm việc tại PIXTA thì mình thấy có mấy điểm khiến mình hài lòng như sau:
- Công ty product, tính ổn định cao, các sản phẩm không thay đổi nhiều như các công ty ITO, được làm quen và làm sâu với 1 hoặc 1 vài sản phẩm khiến mình được đào sâu hơn thay vì phải thay đổi sản phẩm/dự án liên tục.
- Công ty quy mô vừa nên mọi người biết hết nhau, tương tác trong công việc và bên ngoài đều tốt.
- Chế độ chính sách, lương bổng đãi ngộ đều ở mức ok so với thị trường.
- Văn hóa công ty vui vẻ, cởi mở, hỗ trợ, tinh thần All for sucess cao.
Hầu như không có overtime đâu, nhìn chung là work life khá balance ạ!
Suggestions for improvement:
Còn điểm mình nghĩ cần cải thiện như sau:
- Giờ giấc linh hoạt lên mọi người đi làm muộn khá nhiều, cái này cần phải cải thiện vì nó cũng có phần ảnh hưởng đến tinh thần chung.
- Nếu làm lâu (trên 3 năm) có khả năng sẽ bị lặp đi lặp lại nếu không thực sự cố gắng đào sâu để tìm tòi và tối ưu, còn mình hiện tại mới 1 năm nên vẫn thấy rất ổn.
