Chế độ tốt, thưởng cao, nhiều cơ hội đi nước ngoài.

What I liked:
(1) Môi trường tương đối đoàn kết, ít Toxic.
(2) Work-life balance, công ty không ép, không khuyến khích OT nhiều.
(3) Chế độ: Bảo hiểm full lương, bảo hiểm sức khỏe, các chế độ đãi ngộ khá tốt. Công đoàn và công ty hay cho tiền vào các dịp lễ.
(4) Thưởng: khá cao, khoảng 5 tháng/ năm chia làm 3 lần
(5) PL được tự chủ khá lớn trong việc quản lý cost-profit, nên có ý thức hơn và học hỏi được nhiều hơn.
(6) Có nhiều dự án nghiên cứu, dùng công nghệ tương đối mới so với mặt bằng outsource
(7) Tài khoản Udemy miễn phí, ti tỉ khóa học.
(8) Nhiều hoạt động sôi nổi bổ ích, nhiều CLB đủ thể loại được công đoàn tài trợ. (chạy, đạp xe, yoga, cầu lông, bóng đá...)
(9) Đi du lịch khá sang chảnh so với mặt bằng.
(10) Văn phòng Lotte xịn sò sang chảnh, chỗ ngồi rộng rãi thoáng mát. (Thực ra tăng lương rồi đổi văn phòng rẻ hơn thì hay hơn)
Good: Có chính sách OT rõ ràng. Nếu có lý do hợp lý thì hiếm khi không được duyệt.
Bad: Luật OT 40h/tháng. Khó cày tiền.
Suggestions for improvement:
(1) Thủ tục hành chính kế toán còn nhiều bất hợp lý.
(2) Chuyên môn hóa không cao nên PL cái gì cũng làm, kể cả những việc không đúng lắm với role của Project Manager. Dẫn đến năng suất của PL bị thấp và phát sinh chi phí OT.
(3) Chưa đầu tư mạnh vào các sản phẩm product của chính công ty mà vẫn còn mang tính hợp tác, outsource cho tập đoàn nhiều.
(4) Với dự án làm với khách hàng Nhật, nên có chế độ thuê giáo viên về dạy tiếng Nhật cho nhân viên.
(5) Nên có nhiều workshop, khóa học offline về technical cho nhân viên. Công ty dạy kỹ năng mềm, kỹ năng lãnh đạo, kỹ năng quản lý nhiều quá...
(6) Chưa có khu vực sinh hoạt chung cho mỗi tầng. Pantry nhỏ. Chắc tại văn phòng Lotte đắt quá.
(7) Nên bỏ luật OT max 40h/tháng và 200h/năm để tạo điều kiện cho nhân viên trẻ cày tiền bằng cách làm nhiều dự án.
