A lot of good memories, but good people have gone.
Nhiều người muốn làm nhiều hơn nhưng Manager không quan tâm mấy dẫn đến OT chùa.
Suggestions for improvement:
Có một vài thành phần làm lâu năm hình thành văn hóa băng đảng ngầm (đặc biệt là team *** lầu **), thiết lập KPI mờ ám trong team, thay đổi liên tục quý này sang quý kia, dành làm task dễ và ăn cắp công sức của người khác để ăn best employee, promotion, etc., nhiều người tốt ra đi.
