What I liked:
Công việc được giao cụ thể và chi tiết, quy trình làm việc rõ ràng, đồng nghiệp luôn cởi mở chia sẻ và hướng dẫn. Luôn có nhiều hoạt động để mọi người tụ họp và giao lưu. Tài liệu được cập nhật nên người mới cũng sẽ không thiếu thông tin để theo kịp tiến độ công việc. Manager luôn theo sát để cập nhật tình hình công việc, chia sẻ và giúp đỡ khi cần thiết.
Giờ giấc làm việc linh động và rất thoải mái. Không OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại thấy ổn nhưng nếu thêm nhiều cây cảnh với hoa thì sẽ đẹp hơn :D
Benefit tốt, thời gian làm việc hybrid khá thoải mái
