No. You can search the candidate pool and send invitations directly through TalentConnect.
3. How is TalentConnect different from AI Match or TalentFinder?
With AI Match, TalentFinder: Employers can search and send job invitations, but these do not currently appear in ITviec Inbox for direct communication.
TalentConnect: Fully integrated with ITviec Inbox, allowing employers to send invitations and chat directly with candidates inside the platform.
4. How do employers and candidates communicate?
Communication happens via ITviec’s built-in Inbox (chat) tied to Job invitations.
5. What search and filtering options are available?

You purchase a TalentConnect package with a set number of connections. Each connection sends one job invitation to a candidate.
7. Where do candidates see my invitation?
In the candidate’s ITviec Inbox, email, sms. They can accept, decline, or ask questions before sharing personal details.
8. What happens after acceptance?
You gain full access to candidate details.
9. Do connection refunds if a candidate declines or does not respond?
No. Connections are consumed upon sending an invitation (declines/non-responses are not refundable).
