AI Match suggests potential CVs
AI Match uses artificial intelligence (AI) to suggest CVs that match the JD, based on candidate skills, experience, and development potential. With this approach, AI Match recommends candidates who may have the potential to meet the job requirements.
Especially, AI Match clearly displays the reasons why each CV is selected through transparent analysis. This helps employers quickly understand the strengths of potential candidates compared to the job requirements and make faster, more accurate decisions.
Smart Scoring by AI
Smart Scoring between CV and JD, and evaluation from AI
AI Match suggests CVs based on many factors such as skills, experience, and compatibility with job requirements.
Each factor is weighted differently to generate the Smart Scoring, helping employers easily review and compare CVs.
Examples:
- Skills
Compare the required skills in the JD with those shown in the CV.
Includes both main and supporting skills (technical skills: e.g., Python, React) and soft skills (e.g., teamwork, communication).
- Experience
Identify the similarity between required years of experience and the candidate’s previous job descriptions.
Evaluate industry, roles, and company size to compare with the JD.
- Job Title
Compare the current or recent job title with the position being recruited.
- Projects / Achievements
Check the relevance between the candidate’s completed projects and the current job requirements.
- Industry / Domain Relevance
For example: A CV from the fintech industry may be rated higher for a JD requiring “experience in payment systems”.
- And many other criteria
Such as CV layout, language used, logic and writing quality, etc.
At the same time, ITviec’s AI system prioritizes suggesting candidates who have a job-seeking trend within the past 30 days to help employers connect with the potential candidates who are actively seeking jobs—thus increasing response and engagement rates.
(*) Candidate’s job-seeking trend is determined by their activity on ITviec within the last 30 days.
Quick activation of AI Match
When using ITviec’s Job Posting service with Hot Job Plus or Super Hot Job Plus, employers can activate AI Match in two flexible ways:
- Upon creating a new job post; or
- Apply to active job posts if the post still has at least 96 hours remaining.
(In case the employer already has Super Hot Job + AI Match credit, the system will automatically integrate AI Match when this job type is selected—no extra action is needed.)
Note: AI Match does not apply to fresher positions.

Once activated, AI Match will show a list of potential candidates in the “AI Suggestions” section directly on the employer’s job management page.
Each CV in the list includes a compatibility score and reason for suggestion, helping employers understand the potential strengths of each candidate in relation to the job requirements.

Easily view and save potential CVs suggested by AI Match
When employers click to view a CV, it will automatically move to the “Viewed” tab.
If a job invitation is sent, the system will move that CV to the “Requested” tab.
When the candidate agrees to share their profile, the CV will be moved to the “Accepted” tab, allowing the employer to access full contact information and reach out directly.
Profiles that are marked for follow-up will be placed in the “Saved” tab.
If the employer has viewed all suggested CVs, they can click the “Find more candidates” button to let the system continue analyzing and suggesting more potential CVs.

When viewing each suggested CV, employers can read the profile, but contact info will not yet be visible.
To get in touch with potential candidates, simply click “Send job invitation” to request the candidate’s permission to share their contact info.

Only displaying contact info when the candidate agrees to share the CV not only protects the candidate’s privacy but also helps employers reach candidates who are genuinely interested. This approach improves response rates, saves time, and fosters higher-quality engagement.
Each job invitation sent will trigger email and SMS notifications to the candidate, with a direct link to the job description. When the candidate agrees to share their CV, ITviec will notify the employer and unlock full contact access.

When a candidate clicks the link in the email or SMS, they’ll be directed to the job description page showing full job details from the employer.

No. AI Match is only available for job posts using Hot Job Plus or Super Hot Job Plus packages that are live on ITviec.
