1. How can I submit a company review on ITviec?

You can submit a review by accessing the “Company Review” page here and sharing your experience about your current or past company.

You can also search for the company on the ITviec.com and submit the review under the “Review” section.

2. Is my personal information (email, IP address, name, job title, etc.) made public when I submit a review?

Absolutely not. ITviec guarantees to protect our users’ personal information & will not disclose any kind of your information under any circumstances. All reviews remain anonymous.

3. How long will it take for my review to be approved?

The review process takes 1–3 business days. If approved, your review will be displayed on the company’s review page on ITviec.

4. Which language should I use when writing a company review?

You may submit your review in English or Vietnamese. However, if you choose Vietnamese, please ensure the use of full diacritical marks (accents) to maintain readability. Reviews without proper diacritic usage may be rejected.

5. What is the maximum quantity of reviews that can be submitted per year?

There is no fixed limit to how many reviews you can submit in total. However, if our system detects excessive submissions that appear spammy, repetitive, or misleading, they may be flagged and reviewed for validity.

For each company you’ve worked at, you may submit one approved review every 12 months.

We believe that meaningful feedback should reflect a reasonable period of experience and change. For example, if your review is approved this month, submitting another review for the same company next month would not reasonably capture any new developments or improvements.

6. Can a company request to remove or dispute a review?

Companies have the right to report reviews they believe violate ITviec’s guidelines. However, ITviec does not remove reviews simply because they are negative from company’s perspective. A review will only be removed if it contains:

  • False or misleading information that can be proven inaccurate
  • Hate speech, personal attacks, or offensive language
  • Confidential or sensitive company data
  • Spam or reviews suspected of being manipulated

Companies can submit a dispute request via email at support@itviec.com or contact the CLT team with valid reasoning and evidence for ITviec’s review team to assess.

7. Can ITviec modify or filter reviews?

ITviec does not alter the meaning of any review. However, our moderation team may:

  • Fix minor formatting issues (e.g., spacing, spelling)
  • Remove inappropriate language (while keeping the core message intact)
  • Reject reviews that breach our guidelines

We apply objective evaluation criteria to ensure all companies – regardless of size or reputation – are treated fairly.

8. I wrote a negative review with low scores about a company but got rejected. Does ITviec reject all negative reviews & bias Employer?

No, absolutely not. ITviec welcomes both positive and negative reviews — as long as they are respectful, relevant, and aligned with our community guidelines.

We appreciate that you feel comfortable using our platform to share honest feedback. Negative reviews help others understand real workplace challenges and are important for transparency in the IT community.

However, even a helpful negative review will be rejected if it includes any of the critical following:

  • Personal complaints that do not relate to the broader work environment
  • Off-topic remarks, unrelated experiences, or promotional content
  • External links, advertisements, or self-promotion

Critical reviews must remain professional, constructive, and focused on the actual workplace experience. If your review meets these standards, we encourage you to revise and resubmit it.

9. My review was rejected. What are the common reasons for rejection?

We value your contribution but reviews may be rejected if they violate our guidelines by including:

  • Overly generic content – e.g., “Good company,” “I love it,” with no details on pros and cons.
  • Profanity, threats, or references to violence
  • Personal attacks or content that is sexual, discriminatory, aggressive, or hateful speech
  • Specific legal accusations or threats of harm
  • A review that seriously contradicts its own rating (e.g. 1-star with all positive comments, or vice versa)
  • Repetitive or copied content from other reviews
  • Confusion between the company you are reviewing and another company (e.g. mismatched names)

To ensure your review is accepted, please refer to our Review Guidelines.

10. Can I edit or delete my submitted review? Is there a time limit to request changes?

Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited or deleted directly by users. This policy is in place to maintain the transparency and integrity of ITviec’s review ecosystem. We encourage you to carefully review your content before submitting.

ITviec does not alter the meaning or intent of any review. However, to ensure compliance with our Content Guidelines and Vietnamese legal requirements, our moderation team may:

  • Correct minor formatting issues (e.g., spacing, typos, basic grammar)
  • Remove inappropriate or offensive language while preserving the core message
  • Reject or remove content that violates our guidelines

If you wish to withdraw your review after submission, please contact support@itviec.com with your request and reason. Our team will evaluate your case and respond within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • ITviec reserves the right to assess and decide on such requests at its sole discretion, based on compliance and content integrity principles.
  • Content may only be removed if doing so does not compromise the transparency, consistency, and reliability of our review system.
