Job description

The merchant service/ platform team is a vital component of any e-wallet company, responsible for building and maintaining a robust digital ecosystem that empowers merchants. This team develops and manages a user-friendly platform accessible on both web and mobile applications, enabling merchants to view detailed transaction histories, track sales performance, and analyze customer behavior.

To streamline financial operations, the team automates processes like dynamic fee configuration, recurring payment management, and real-time payment processing. Additionally, they ensure accurate transaction reconciliation and implement robust user management systems.

By providing a comprehensive and efficient platform, the merchant platform team significantly contributes to the e-wallet's success by enhancing merchant satisfaction, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening the company's market position:

• Design and deploy microservices using Kubernetes, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Understand software requirements and translate them into high-performance products.
• Write clean, efficient, testable, reusable and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug and resolve complex issues that may arise in the system and address performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and functionalities.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in 2+ years of experience in at least one language commonly used for backend services development (Go).
• Experience with software development methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience in managing legacy systems gives a competitive edge.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.)
• Proficiency with databases like MySQL, Tidb, Tikv etcd, Elastic search.
• Capability to write extensible code for complex projects following SOLID principles.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an advantage.
• Practical experience in integrating message queues(Kafka) and managing message logs is advantageous.
• Frontend skills, especially with ReactJS, will be an advantage.
