About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analysis Engineer to drive the analysis, design, and optimization of our SaaS-based IoT platform. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, ensure compliance with security and industry standards (OWASP, ISO, IEC), and support enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, and Manufacturing MES. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma for UI/UX analysis, JavaScript programming, and IoT/IIoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Business & Technical Analysis

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes using Figma.
• Ensure compliance with security standards like OWASP, ISO, and IEC.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements in enterprise applications (CRM, Salesforce, MES).

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to align project goals.
• Lead requirement discussions with global teams and stakeholders.
• Track progress, risks, and issues while ensuring timely resolution and reporting.

Software & System Optimization

• Collaborate with development teams to improve SaaS IoT platform performance.
• Support software architecture decisions, API integrations, and data modeling.

Agile & DevOps Implementation

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
• Contribute to DevOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

Key requirements 

• 3-5 years of experiences in related position.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in business analysis for SaaS-based IoT/IIoT platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and understanding of front-end/backend integration.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX analysis and wireframing.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and working with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking.
• Familiarity with security standards (OWASP, ISO, IEC) and data protection best practices.
• Excellent English proficiency for global collaboration.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of enterprise applications such as CRM, Salesforce, and MES is a plus.
