THE IMPACT YOU'LL MAKE IN THIS ROLE

• Comprehensively conducting detailed market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and inform product strategy;
• Diligently conducting planned testing and experimentation to optimize product features and improve user experiences;
• Thoughtfully uncovering actionable insights by analyzing user behavior, product performance, and key metrics using analytics tools;
• Precisely translating defined business needs into technical requirements for development teams, bridging the gap between all stakeholders;
• Efficiently facilitating conducted requirement-gathering sessions and creating detailed documentation such as user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria;
• Fruitfully collaborating with teams to design and optimize thoroughly processes, ensuring they align with product capabilities;
• Rigorously conducting product roadmap by facilitating operations, tracking progress, validating that solutions meet business and user expectations, and helping to maintain clear communication across teams;
• Closely track key product performance metrics, gather user feedback and project metrics, using this data to recommend process improvements and product adjustments;
• Compellingly presenting findings and recommendations through crafted reports, dashboards, and visualizations to drive informed decision-making;
• Meticulously collaborating with Product Managers to define and maintain a data-driven roadmap, prioritizing features that deliver maximum value to users, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and blockers in the product lifecycle, working to resolve them and improve efficiency;
• Dynamically staying at the forefront of evolving industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating best practices into product and business strategies;
• Constantly fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, adaptability, persistence, a results-driven focus, high standards for deliverables, and continuous improvement within the Software team and throughout the entire company.

Your skills and experience

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAXIMIZE IMPACT IN THIS ROLE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Above 3 years of experience working as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Coordinator, Product Operations etc.; The designated title will be assigned based on your strengths, experience, and potential for growth.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, researching, documenting, and translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Knowledge of UX design principles and one or many tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, Balsamiq etc.;
• Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI etc.) and A/B testing methods;
• Experience working in Agile frameworks and familiarity with product collaboration tools;
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy in work delivery;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective collaboration in a fast-paced global environment;
• Demonstrated ability in handling multiple projects simultaneously will set your application apart and give you a distinct advantage;
