Remote - Product Designer (AI, Testing)

We are seeking a passionate and committed Product Designer to join our remote team. While proficiency in English is not a requirement, a deep passion for design and a commitment to excellence are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating a comprehensive design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation. Experience in integrating AI into design solutions and a proactive approach to testing and refining designs to align with our vision are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct user research and market analysis to understand target audiences and identify opportunities for AI integration in educational products. 
• Develop design concepts that align with user needs and business objectives, utilizing AI to enhance user experiences. 
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that effectively communicate design ideas. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of AI features and design consistency. 
• Implement and test designs to ensure they meet user needs and align with the envisioned product experience. 
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics to enhance usability and effectiveness.

Your skills and experience

Preferred Technical Skills: 

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Experience with AI design tools and methodologies, incorporating AI into user experiences. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing. 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating a full design process and AI integration. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
