Job description

• Demonstrated strong leadership skills with a proven track record in managing and coaching technical teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Solid background as a DevOps Engineer, with hands-on experience in automation, CI/CD pipelines, environment configuration, and system reliability.
• Adept at building effective relationships across business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of strategic technical solutions.
• Proven ability to use both business and technical acumen to define, implement and align IT solutions with evolving business needs.
• Provided services to guide, support and assure solution design aligns with strategic directions, architectural standards, and best practices.
• Willing and capable to upskill in Mainframe environments, contributing to Mainframe Security Uplift initiatives while bridging legacy and modern technologies.

Your skills and experience

• Experience managing cross-functional teams, coaching junior engineers, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
• DevOps Tools & Technologies: Git, GitHub, CI/CD, NodeJS, Java JDK, Python, AWS, and SQL.
• Mainframe Exposure: JCL (Job Control Language), ISPF, SDSF, RACF – with a willingness to develop deeper expertise.
• Agile Delivery: Certified Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Practitioner, experienced in Agile ceremonies, planning, and story tracking.
