Administration Citrix-Environment

• Quản trị và quản lý M365, đặc biệt là Exchange, Teams, Intune, Sharepoint/OneDrive; bao gồm các Công cụ liên quan đến mã hóa, triển khai AddOns và khắc phục sự cố

Administration and management of M365 environment, esp. Exchange, Teams, Intune, Sharepoint/OneDrive; including Tools regarding encryption, implementation of AddOns and troubleshooting

• Quản trị kỹ thuật cho nhiều ứng dụng khác nhau (Phần mềm Nhân sự, Phần mềm điều khiển máy)

Technical Administration for various applications (HR-Software, Software for machine control)

• Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các nhân viên IT tại trụ sở chính và tất cả Trung tâm CNTT

Close work with IT-staff in the headquarter and all IT-Hubs

• Phát triển các chiến lược mới cùng với trụ sở chính và tất cả Trung tâm CNTT

Development of new strategies in close cooperation with the headquarter and all IT-Hubs

• Áp dụng và cải tiến các quy trình và giải pháp hiện có bằng cách hợp tác chặt chẽ với trụ sở chính và tất cả các Trung tâm CNTT

Usage and improvement of existing processes and solutions in close cooperation with the headquarter and all IT-Hubs

• Hỗ trợ cấp 1/ cấp 2 cho các hệ thống công nghệ thông tin

1st / 2nd Level support for the IT-Systems

Your skills and experience

1.Yêu cầu công việc/ Required qualification      

• Am hiểu Active Directory, đặc biệt về Quản lý người dùng, GPOs, Accessrights, Citrix, M365 (esp. Exchange, Teams, Intune, Sharepoint/OneDrive)

Knowledge regarding Active Directory, esp. Usermanagement, GPOs, Accessrights, Citrix, M365 (esp. Exchange, Teams, Intune, Sharepoint/OneDrive)

• Nắm vững về công nghệ cơ sở dữ liệu, đặc biệt là Microsoft SQL 

Knowledge of Database Technologies, esp. Microsoft SQL

• Có kiến thức về hệ thống máy khách, đặc biệt là liên quan đến việc khắc phục sự cố cho các ứng dụng, ví dụ: Citrix Workspace App

Knowledge of Client Systems esp. in regard of troubleshooting for applications, e.g. Citrix Workspace App

• Kỹ năng tiếng Anh tốt để giao tiếp với trụ sở chính và tất cả các Trung tâm CNTT

Appropriate English language skills for the communication with the headquarter and all IT-Hubs

2.Kinh nghiệm/ Experience

• Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại vị trí tương đương tại công ty sản xuất

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position at a manufacturing company

3.Bằng cấp/ Education

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc liên quan.

A bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
