Job description
- Develop and apply advanced data analytics for international credit: Execute data research and development, including statistical analysis, risk assessment, feature engineering, and model labeling, to enhance credit decision-making and risk management. Create robust data assets across the credit lifecycle, and partner with risk, product, and tech teams to implement data-driven business solutions.
- Architect and implement secure credit data solutions: Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations. Design and implement credit data solutions, including business blueprint development and process optimization, to enable secure, compliant, and efficient data flow.
Your skills and experience
- Experienced Big Data Engineer: Minimum 2 years of experience in big data research and development. Demonstrated ability to independently lead data model design and delivery within a specific business domain. Expertise in data modeling methodologies, including the ability to decompose complex tasks into manageable data themes, design reusable and scalable data models and workflows.
- Expert in Offline Big Data Technologies: Proficient in Hadoop/Hive/Spark/MaxCompute, with a deep understanding of their underlying principles and optimization techniques. Familiarity with OLAP engines (Clickhouse, Presto, Hologres) and their optimization. Strong understanding of distributed database architectures, column storage, and indexing. Practical experience preferred.
- Mastery of Real-Time Computing: Expertise in real-time computing systems, including data acquisition and processing engines (Storm/Spark Streaming/Flink). In-depth knowledge of transaction, fault tolerance, and reliability in real-time environments.
- Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Strong understanding of data quality assurance and governance. Ability to independently address data governance challenges within a comprehensive data system perspective. Proven ability to leverage and optimize existing data technologies to create reusable governance solutions that solve business problems.
- Driven and Collaborative: Passionate about big data with a calm and analytical approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, and a strong team player. Thrives in challenging environments and under pressure.
- Effective Communicator: Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of communicating effectively with international teams, writing proposals, and participating in meetings.
- Credit Business Acumen: Familiarity with credit-related businesses (risk assessment, credit scoring, default prediction, etc.). Prior experience in international credit is highly desirable.
