- Giờ giấc thoải mái
- Tự estimate task, ko bị ép deadline (tuỳ project)
- Teammate nice, giúp đỡ lẫn nhau
Ít OT, chủ yếu là night meeting với client. Role càng cao càng meeting nhiều.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Tuỳ project, hên vào project tốt thì phát triển tốt, project tệ thì làm rất chán
