Introduction

To provide more opportunities and better job matches for ITviec users, ITviec introduced matching system including AI Match and Talent Finder. These services leverage advanced algorithms based on availability, job information, CV information, and customizable search filters.

Through these products, employers receive recommendations and search results for high-quality candidate profiles that show recent job-seeking activity and possess relevant skills for the open job postings. All candidate information is provided anonymously, ensuring privacy until candidates accept the invitation to share their CVs.

Employers can proactively send CV sharing invitations to potential candidates via email. These invitations are also stored on the Job Invitation page within the candidate’s ITviec account.
