1. What is the “Articles” tab and how can it help my company?

The “Articles” tab is a new space on your Employer Page where your company can share inspiring stories, meaningful updates, or expert insights with the IT community.

It’s a great way to boost your employer brand, attract top IT talent, and build a stronger connection with tech professionals, by showing them the real culture, values, and vision behind your team.

2. Who can publish articles on Employer Page? Are these articles only for VBIT Winners?

To start, this feature highlights VBIT Winners, giving them a platform to showcase their success culture and share what makes their workplace outstanding.

However, other employers are also welcome to join this initiative. Publishing articles is part of ITviec’s branding service, so if your company wants to share your story, simply contact our Customer Love Team (CLT) for support and service details.

3. How can we publish an article? Is there a submission system?

Currently, there’s no self-submission system. If you’re interested in having your article published on ITviec, please reach out directly to our CLT team. We’ll guide you through the process and coordinate the publishing timeline.

4. What type of content should we share in our article?

The best articles come from authentic experiences. You can share stories about your workplace culture, team dynamics, career development journeys, engineering values, leadership mindset, or insights into industry trends.

You can even repurpose blog content you’ve already created with a reasonable amount of new content to avoid exact duplication — we’re happy to help review and help you tailor for ITviec’s audience.

5. How will our article be published and promoted?

Your article will appear under the “Articles” tab on your Employer Page and on our ITviec Blog, making it easy for IT candidates to explore your story.

Exceptional articles may also be featured on ITviec’s social media channels, helping you reach even more talent in the tech community with no extra cost.

6. What’s included in this service and how do we get started?

Publishing articles is part of our paid employer branding service, designed to help you make a bigger impact in the IT hiring market.

Our team can support you throughout the content creation and editing process with a matching production framework. To get started, simply contact your ITviec CLT representative — we’re here to help bring your strategic company’s stories to life.

7. Who owns the content after it’s published on ITviec?

Your company retains full ownership of your article content. ITviec only uses the content for publishing and promotional purposes on our platform and channels, with your permission.

8. Can we publish the same article on other platforms or our company website?

Since you own the content, you may adapt and share the key messages across your own channels — such as your company website, blog, or LinkedIn.

However, we do not encourage publishing the exact same article in multiple websites without any adjustments, as this may reduce its SEO performance, content effectiveness and uniqueness for readers.

If you’d like to cross-promote the article with ITviec branding or need suggestions for content adaptation, feel free to discuss with our CLT team — we’re happy to support you.

9. What are ITviec’s content guidelines or regulations?

All articles must comply with ITviec’s editorial standards to ensure quality, relevance, and respect for the community to be published. Content should not include discriminatory language, promotional pricing, political opinions, or sensitive/confidential company data. Our team will review and may suggest edits for clarity, accuracy, or alignment with these guidelines.

10. What happens if we want to update or remove our article later?

Once an article is published, we encourage companies to treat it as part of their long-term employer branding presence. However, if there’s a strong reason for content updates, you can reach out to our CLT team. We will review the request and provide support where appropriate.

Note: Frequent removal or changes are not allowed, as inconsistent visibility will affect negatively on your employer branding message and trust over time.
