Introducing ITviec’s New Notification System

ITviec is pleased to introduce a new feature to support employers recruitment experience on our platform: the Notification System. This feature is designed to help employers stay informed of key activities related to job posts, services, surveys and new system updates making it easier to take timely action and manage the hiring more efficiently.

Employers will receive notifications for important updates such as:

  • Being alerted to candidate acceptance

 Receive immediate notifications when a candidate accepts your job invitation, allowing quick access to their full CV.

  • Tracking new applications in real time

 Stay updated as soon as candidates apply to your job postings through the notification center.

  • Receiving updates on employer-focused programs

 Be informed of new surveys, promotions, features, and exclusive offers designed to support your hiring needs.

  • Staying informed on system updates and changes

 Get timely notifications about feature updates or system changes that may impact your recruitment process.

Notifications Are Accessible in Two Key Areas

Notifications will appear in the ITviec Employer Account (Customer Admin) in two locations: at the bell icon in the top-right corner of the screen, or at the bell icon in the bottom-left navigation bar. From either location, employers can click directly to view and manage their notifications.

This feature aims to reduce delays and give employers greater visibility into the hiring process. We hope it makes the employer experience on ITviec even smoother.
