If someone asked us, which ITviec value we are most proud of over the past 10 years, since 2013, we would say, “It’s always been about great hiring in IT.”
Since our establishment, ITviec has redefined what it means to make a great hire. We don’t just look for the smartest IT candidates or the best-paying jobs. Instead, we look for people whose skills, values, and goals match those of the companies and the jobs in the IT industry. Because we believe that job is a vital part of humans to have a healthy life. People are the vital part of any business in the world to create and deliver great values. No matter how great our ideas are and how big our objectives are, we cannot accomplish them without people.
At ITviec, we help IT people to advance their careers. We help IT companies to find awesome candidates. By doing that, we help the IT industry in Vietnam be exciting with great hiring.

From now on, ITviec is dedicated to reaching our vision and mission, which are to “Excite the IT in Vietnam by Great Hiring” and “Create a place for IT people to advance their careers.” Keeping this in mind, we’re excited to:
- Raise Great Hiring in IT – by continuing to study, create, and release highly useful features, activities for our beloved IT users, employers, and IT communities.
- Raise Growth – by building on our successes of sending 1,500,000+ CVs to employers, having 10,200+ IT employers, and matching 300,000+ experienced IT professionals.
- Raise Career – by helping IT users customize their professionals’ profiles, status and preferences, in order to receive more smart invitations from employers who are a good fit.
- Raise Honor – by getting more people and communities in IT to know about our award that recognizes the best IT companies in Vietnam, in two categories: Large and SMEs.
- Raise Great Team – by improving the AI Match system that helps hiring managers/technical leaders/HR find and approach the best IT professionals more actively and efficiently.
