Job Description: To support our international expansion, Open Web Technology Vietnam has an immediate job opening for Senior Flutter Developer based in Vietnam. We offer the opportunity to join an international work environment with dedicated developers, QA and DevOps engineers, and to replicate in the APAC region the successful model we have developed over the years with our European Clients who are leading Corporation in leading industries such as Telecommunications, Banks, Insurances, Media, Healthcare and Consumer Goods industries.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and design solutions.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the application to specifications.
• Proactively manage your workload, feeding back regularly in the event of any delay or change to delivery time-frame or scope of work.
• Work on other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.

Your skills and experience

Job Requirements

Must have:

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application development. 
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc)
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and integration with backend services.
• Be familiar with testing frameworks
• Knowledge of Clean Architecture and SOLID principles.
• Profound experience in Flutter Package management, native supported Android/iOS
• Strong experience with Firebase

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Android or iOS native is a major plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a global environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
