Job description
We are looking for a schematic design engineer who will be responsible for researching, designing, receiving and transferring electronic circuit boards for battery monitoring system of electric cars, electric motorcycles and electric converters capacity test. Coordinate with departments to ensure products meet technical requirements on time. Researching standards on electronic circuits (EMC, Automotive, IEC, UL, TCVN, ...). Develop hardware evaluation criteria for electronic circuits, participate in the development of safety assessment documents (DFMEA), manuals,....
- Design, draw schematic diagrams, calculate and select components
- Coordinate and support printed circuit design, prototype building, product bringup
- Optimizing design (cost, time of purchase, volume, appearance, etc.)
- Advise and propose design plans and solutions for products.
- Coordinate testing, evaluation and verification of the features and safety of the designed product
- Participate in the development of product related documents (DFMEA, manuals, etc.)
Your skills and experience
- University degree in electrical, electronic, automation, electrical equipment, and related disciplines
- Knowledge of electronic components, analog circuits, digital circuits, power electronic circuits, sensors,..
- Experience in designing electronic and power electronics products
- Experience/knowledge in electric cars, batteries and monitoring systems for electric cars, electric motorcycle batteries, and power electronic converters (DC/DC, AC/DC)
- Proficiently using design softwares Altium, Cadence Allegro, CAM350, AutoCAD.
- Know how to use some simulation software to calculate, design, test electrical circuit principles (Matlab, LTspice, OrCAD PSpice, TINA,....)
- Knowledge and knowledge of standards and regulations of EMC, Safety about automotive or electronic products (IEC, EN, UL, TCVN, QCVN, ...)
- Ability to present, write documents (DFMEA, manuals, production documents, etc.)
- Knowledge of PCBA assembly/manufacturing (SMT, Soldering, QA, QC, ...)
- Experience in testing, debugging hardware, and using measuring equipment in LAB
- Ability to work in a team, work independently, work in a high pressure environment, good communication skills. Ability to read, understand documents, write reports in English.
