Job description

Main Purpose:

VTI and its subsidiary businesses are transforming their business operations, aiming to become a global business. With that vision, Digital and Technology have become crucial domains of transformation, involving the rebuilding, reengineering, and refreshing of VTI’s Digital and Technology to enable and support business growth through various Digital Transformation projects. In order to support and ensure the success of the Transformation journey, there is a need for a Digital Transformation Project Manager to work with the project’s stakeholders and relevant parties.

Key Accountabilities:

• Develop and manage Project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful Project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define Project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Communicate Project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and Team members.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Conduct regular Project status meetings and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
• Ensure Project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Manage Project change requests and ensure they are properly documented and approved.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and clients.
• Identify and mitigate Project risks and issues to minimize impact on Project delivery.
• Ensure Project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Foster a positive Team environment and promote collaboration and communication among Team members.
• Continuously evaluate Project processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Your skills and experience

Education:

• Bachelor or higher education
• Certificate of Project management such as PMP/PMI is preferrable 

Experience:

• 3-5yrs in Project Management position

Work-related skills:

• Having experience working in PMO or project management in large scale project or program
• Experience in Digital Transformation Program is preferrable
• Experience in Digital Transformation project in Retail industry is preferrable
• Experience in Technology Development Project Management metholodogies is a plus
• Fluent English is preferrable
