Delivery Manager

About the Role:

The Delivery Manager will work closely with French Project Managers (PMs) ensuring the smooth execution and delivery of projects. They will handle daily production checks, resolve developer issues, and ensure tasks are progressing on time and in alignment with project plans. The Delivery Manager acts as a key operational link, coordinating between PMs and developers to maintain project efficiency and successful delivery..

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Coordination:

• Conduct daily production checks to monitor project progress.
• Create and update project plans in coordination with the PMs.

Developer Management:

• Communicate regularly with developers to ensure they are working on the right tasks.
• Address and resolve any challenges or roadblocks developers may face.
• Ensure timelines and deliverables are adhered to, escalating issues to the PMs if necessary.

Project Oversight:

• Track project progress and proactively identify risks or delays.
• Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed about project statuses.
• Facilitate smooth communication between teams and the PMs.

Support for PMs:

• Act as an operational extension of the PMs, helping manage their workload and project portfolios.
• Focus on ensuring delivery conditions are optimal and that client expectations are met. 

Your skills and experience

• Having over 5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Previous experience in project management, delivery management, or team coordination.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
