Job description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects and services for clients 
• Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when
necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers,
partners, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide updates, and address client feedback
promptly.
• Customize solutions and delivery approaches to align with regional market trends and
customer requirements.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring alignment with
project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive working environment.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth delivery operations 
 

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in project management, delivery management, or a similar
role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, prefer in top Universities like HUST, PTIT, VNU,…

• Prefer candidates with exp as Technical Lead
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar project management
software.
• Familiarity with IT systems, software development, or cloud technologies is an
advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing multi-regional teams and working in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication skills in English 
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• PMP, PMI is a big advantages
