Job Description: To support our international expansion, Open Web Technology Vietnam has an immediate job opening for Senior AI Engineer based in Vietnam. We offer the opportunity to join an international work environment with dedicated developers, QA and DevOps engineers, and to replicate in the APAC region the successful model we have developed over the years with our European Clients who are leading Corporation in leading industries such as Telecommunications, Banks, Insurances, Media, Healthcare and Consumer Goods industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions. 
• Analyze and solve problems using AI/ML techniques. 
• Train AI/ML, selecting appropriate model architectures. 
• Develop clean, efficient, and robust AI-driven code. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other developers and designers. 
• Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Job Requirements:

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in software development industry
• 3+ years of experience in developing AI solutions in a professional setting. 
• Proven experience in AI/ML product development and deployment. 
• Strong knowledge of ML algorithms, model evaluation, and optimization techniques. 
• Hands-on expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and related ML libraries. 
• Experience in fine-tuning LLMs and developing advanced prompting strategies. 
• Proficiency in building pipelines and integrating external knowledge sources to improve AI systems. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written). 

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI (e.g., GPT, Stable Diffusion),
• Good at communication and problem-solving skills,
• Strong willingness to coach and support other team members in knowledge acquisition and on-the-job practices.
