Job description

We are looking for a Junior/Middle back-end developer to join our dynamic and fast-growing and dynamic team. The right person will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server side of our web applications and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the back-end architecture of web applications and systems.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other stakeholders to integrate the front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and implement APIs.
• Manage and keep an eye on how databases and systems are doing.
• Fix problems with back-end systems and applications and find bugs.
• Make sure that back-end systems and applications are safe and can grow as needed.

Your skills and experience

PHP(Laravel Framework,…), Python(Django,…), or good at one of the Back-end languages.

Ready to learn.

Requirements

Must have

• Expertise in one or more server-side programming languages (e.g., PHP with Laravel, Python with Django, or NodeJS).
• Good understanding of databases and experience with SQL or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure).
• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Service mindset: willingness to understand the customer's business.
• Ability to work independently or in a large team environment.
• Proficiency in English or Japanese is a strong advantage.
