Job description
- Develop and implement business analysis methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics to support business decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Translate complex business process issues into technical requirements.
- Conduct business process analysis and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the software development team to provide technical solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and user stories to guide development and implementation.
- Ensure that technical solutions are designed and implemented to enhance user experience and business productivity.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- From 3-4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in software companies
- Have strong experience in writing technical documents for Information Technology systems and products
- Fluent in English, if candidates can communicate in Chinese or Japanese, it is an advantage
- Have knowledge and understanding about sport like Football is an advantage
- Have knowledge and know how to use Figma is an advantage
