Job description:

• Develop and integrate delivery plans ranging from high-level milestones to detailed weekly activities.
• Ensure transparent and aligned communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project goals.
• Weekly consolidation of delivery progress against the agreed plan, offering data-driven insights and updates.
• Organize and manage issues and insights, employing a resourceful problem-solving approach.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans to track and resolve issues within the agreed scope of work.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks while seizing opportunities to optimize project outcomes.
• Coordinate activities and collaborations within the team and with external stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience managing medium-sized projects or above (over 8 team members and spanning at least 3 expertise areas).
• Experience with Product Owner/Product Manager position is a plus point
• In-depth understanding of Agile Methodologies.
• Proven technical proficiency in Back-end, Front-end, Mobile, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• In-depth understanding of product software development processes, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to facilitate meetings efficiently, ensuring clear action items post-discussion.
• Strong proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent self-management skills, including task prioritization and time management.
• Capacity to manage emotions effectively under pressure and during conflicts.
• Demonstrated resourcefulness and assertiveness in addressing project issues and insights.
• Proven ability to cultivate teamwork and collaboration within project teams.
• Understanding of the product's value and how each task contributes to overarching goals.
